How much do Architectural Services cost?
The Architectural fees will depend on which of our services you require for your project. If you just want a consultation appointment for general advice then that will be charged at an hourly rate. You may just wish to have drawings prepared or assistance through the planning application only or you may wish to include the Building Control application and our involvement through to completion of the project. We tailor the service to suit our client's requirements.
The RIBA has a Plan of Work from which you can select the services that your project would require. This forms part of our fee proposal which is prepared for your individual project. In an initial consultation we would talk through the services described in the RIBA Plan of Work.
